Welcome to the Department of Pharmaceutical Analysis, where our goal is to strengthen the interaction between industry and students while bridging the gap between academia and the corporate world. The Department of Pharmaceutical Analysis is recognized as one of the premier science departments at Hindu College of Pharmacy and it was established in 2010. This department consists of 2 Professors and 4 Assistant Professors as faculty members  and consistently ranking among the top 5 Colleges of Pharmacy affiliated with Acharya Nagarjuna University. Our department is endowed with a rich legacy, a highly dedicated and inspiring faculty, talented researchers, and supportive staff. Together, we work as a cohesive team to create an inspiring environment for teaching, learning, and the practice of Analytical Chemistry.

The department boasts state-of-the-art instrumental facilities, including a UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, HPLC with PDA detector, FT-IR, Flame Photometer, Spectroflourimeter, Nephelo-Turbidimeter, Karl Fisher Auto Titrator, Electrophoresis, Conductometer, and advanced computational resources such as servers and software. It holds a special significance for those of us engaged in work and study here.

Furthermore, the department has contributed significantly to the academic community by publishing numerous papers in esteemed International Journals such as JPBA, Journal of Liquid Chromatography, Journal of Chromatography B, Analytical Chemistry, etc. Our responsibility extends to imparting knowledge in modern instrumental techniques to students pursuing B.Pharm, Pharm.D, and various branches of M. Pharm.

Our commitment is to provide students with an excellent education and abundant opportunities for personal and professional development. B. Pharm Degree from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), with a minimum aggregate score of 55% across the four years of the B. Pharm program. Every student, selected for admission to post graduate pharmacy program should have obtained registration with the State Pharmacy Council or should obtain the same within one month from the date of his/her admission, failing which the admission of the candidate shall be cancelled. Selection Criteria Through GPAT/PGECET rank
Indian Students : INR Rs. 55,000/- ( I Year) and Rs 55,000/- (II Year)
NRI Candidates : USD 10,820/-
After successful completion of PG in Pharmaceutical analysis, The graduates will be placed in
