Hindu College of Pharmacy Alumni Association (HAA) was started in the year 2015 and maintained Under Section 3 of Societies Registration Act, 2001. The purpose of association is to foster a spirit of loyalty and to promote the general welfare of our organization. The association support the parent organization's goals, and to strengthen the ties between alumni, the community, and the parent organization. It also provides a common platform for the alumni of the institute to reach out to other alumni across various years, batches, branches and interests.
Vision:
The HCOP Alumni Association envisions fostering a vibrant and interconnected community where members uphold the values of camaraderie, excellence, and social responsibility, contributing collectively to the advancement of the College and society at large.
Mission:
We aim to cultivate enduring bonds among HCOP alumni, nurturing a sense of belonging and collaboration through meaningful engagements and initiatives. We strive to leverage our collective expertise and resources to support the holistic development of current students, promote academic excellence, and address societal challenges.
OBJECTIVES
- To establish a platform for HCOP Alumni Association members, facilitating meaningful interactions and fostering a strong sense of affiliation through mutually beneficial connections.
- To cultivate a culture of unity, cooperation, and mutual support among association members, fostering a spirit of brotherhood and camaraderie.
- To encourage and enable alumni to contribute towards enhancing infrastructure and opportunities for the comprehensive development of current HCOP students.
- To harness the knowledge and expertise of alumni in advancing HCOP's status as a Center of Excellence, providing avenues for their active involvement in the college's growth and development.
- To facilitate knowledge exchange and mentorship opportunities between alumni and current students, fostering learning and professional development.
- To promote personal connections and friendships among alumni through various activities, including meetings, gatherings, and recreational events.
- To disseminate relevant information and resources beneficial to association members, fostering continuous learning and growth.
- To extend support to HCOP students through grants, scholarships, and academic assistance, ensuring their success and holistic growth.
- To promote sports, cultural activities, and community engagement initiatives among alumni and students, fostering a spirit of sportsmanship, creativity, and social responsibility.
- To recognize and celebrate the academic, professional, and societal achievements of alumni and students through the institution of suitable awards and honors.
- To raise awareness about pertinent social issues and promote national and social responsibility through community outreach programs and initiatives.
- Organize seminars, meetings, and events to foster intellectual discourse, networking, and knowledge dissemination.
- To promote the advancement of knowledge, arts, culture, and philosophy, contributing to the enrichment of society.
- To support literacy, cultural, and social activities through awareness programs, educational initiatives, and community engagement efforts.
- To undertake other activities conducive to realizing the association's overarching goals and objectives, continually adapting to the alumni community's and society's evolving needs.
